Cthulhus Song

This is my first ever entry to the drawing of the month challenge. The painting is done with acrylic, inks and Faber castell pens for few final touches.

The artwork shows Cthulhu, from the mastermind of H.P. Lovecraft as a puppet master of Siren puppet which attracts the vulnerable greek soldier, as we know from the old greek myths, by her voice. The painting reveals, that the Sirene is just a puppet of the Cthulhu singing his own song.

As I look into his face, he looks not even dangerous, his face looks more like he attracts the soldier just because he needs a friend.
